Booking for concerts presented at Kumho Art Hall Yonsei is available via both PC website and mobile site of Kumho Art Hall Yonsei.
You may also make purchase of the concerts ticket via Phone reservation or on-site.

*Ticket box may close when the scheduled performances on the day are cancelled.
Cancellations of the tickets are only possible until 1 day before the day of the performance.
100% refund could be made if cancellation was made at least 10-days prior to the performance date.
The cancellation fees vary depending on the date of cancellation relative to the performance date.
7~9 days prior the day of the performance: 10%
3~6 days prior the day of the performance: 20%
1~2 days prior the day of the performance: 30%

Exchanges of tickets are not available. If you wish to either change your seat or performance, you may cancel the tickets and then book the seats or performance again.
You may pick up your tickets one hour prior to each concert at the information at the Kumho Art Hall Yonsei Ticket Box with your name and reservation number.
If you have booked tickets with discounts, you must be able to present poof of eligibility. If you have failed to present the ID, you must pay the discounted amount in cash on-site.
For all performances presented at Kumho Art Hall Yonsei, children enrolled in elementary school are the age-limit.
